In this article, the author presents his viewpoints on the existential education in the so-called era of "Personal Cybernetics." The author recapitulates his learning and experiences of his school-time and thereafter define his predicaments on the topic. He focuses on the export regulatory decisions and resulted disputes originated in the "United Corp. of America" in the U.S. It was a case related to the export of computer operating system, and it was told to members of the GNU cult group that the learning or thinking of operating system was illegal. The working and effectiveness of the Intellectual Property Licensing Corp. (IPLC) in the patent concerns have also been discussed. The author describes some methodologies used in the presenting information regarding subject-matters which are supposed to be copyrighted or patented. Corporations used this information to catch thought and idea pirates, and also to sell personal thought profiles to retailers. It wasn't considered a violation of privacy, because there were strict laws about how the information could and could not be used.
