Resumen
Anupindi and Bassok investigate the impact of centralizing the stocks in a one-manufacturer-two-retailer supply chain with consumer search. They observed through numerical studies that in the decentralized scenario, the retailers’ order quantities are monotonic in the consumer search probability.
