RESUMEN
Singularly perturbed systems of
ordinary differential equations are considered for which the reduced problem
has an infinite family of solutions. Recent approaches to such problems are
compared, and a more complete understanding of the limiting inner and outer
problems is obtained. Such results will lead to efficient numerical algorithms
for this class of problems and their generalizations. Some challenging illustrative examples are considered in detail.
