RESUMEN
Ina recent paper [ Z. Banggu, Phys. Rev. A 42., 761 (1990)] it is argued that some solutions of the Boltzman equation do not satisfy particle conservation as a consequence of the indepéndence of velocity on position. In this comment, the arguments and conclusions of that paper are discussed. In particular, it is stressed that the temporal series used for solving the kinetic equation are generally divergent. a discussion about the particle conservation in this solution is also provided.
