Resumen
The article focuses on cognitive modeling for games and animation

The article presents a note by the guest editor of the August 2000 issue of the magazine, Communications of the ACM, and presents views of the author relating to the concept of the Internet-related word "personalization" in business domain. Personalization stands for a better way to communicate and do business. Personalization is an opportunity that must be identified and designed to be useful and usable. Simply stated, personalization is about building customer loyalty by building a meaningful one-to-one relationship. Personalization finds its realm in all spheres, and is not restricted to the Internet alone. There is no single answer or solution to personalization, as it entails case-by-case review. The article underlines key contributions related to personalization, in the August 2000 issue of the magazine, Communications of the ACM. The article The Business Personalization explores key issues for personalization in finance and banking. The article Human Element demonstrates home real-world, real-time user experiences in personalization.
