This article reports on the evolution of computers and information technology

This article reports on the evolution of computers and information technology. The author describes his theories on the future of computing. The author examines how the cooperation of low-cost computers, advanced interfaces to the physical world, and increased and affordable bandwidth determine the usefulness of computers for processing, storing, and communicating information.
