Resumen
The article focuses on cognitive modeling for games and animation

The article highlights the Economic Espionage Act (EEA), to protect home grown secrets from foreign competitors, and its effect on the domestic market in the U.S. EEA criminalizes the theft of confidential business information. EEA focuses on trade secrets, a term with a statutory definition that covers anything a company may want to keep confidential, for any motive whatsoever. EEA did not limit its interdiction to merely international espionage, but included prohibitions against domestic theft as well. EEA's scope is not limited to intellectual property, contrary to the conception it holds. EEA considers mere disclosure of confidential information as an offence. However, EEA has certain restrictions, and a company cannot treat its trade secrets in an arrogant manner and then expect EEA to be applicable. For certain reasons, companies will think twice about disclosing the theft of confidential information, and demand legal enforcement regarding the matter. EEA also fails to testify that its statute is clear, intelligent and narrowly drawn.
